in bouts of half-sleep i pick apart your pedestal, thinking of you softly but regrettable. and regret is not productive, but it's hard to understand anything about the past without picking it apart.
i'm not who i was two or three short months ago, think it's time to be alone. i need to be alone.
the weight of soft words yields an expectation, fear of darkness and communication. a still life of this worry and regard for larger things, god i wish i could explain. i need to be alone.
